Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “50% off Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito” promotion (the “Promotion”). These Terms will govern your participation in the Promotion.
The promoter is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited of Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7NJ (“we”, “us” or “our” or “Taco Bell”).

The Promotion
1 From 10:00 7 January 2025, until 23:59 13 January 2025 , Taco Bell® will make available up to (1) offer of a 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito to each eligible resident of Great Britain who has registered as a new user or is a current user on the Taco Bell mobile app, at participating Taco Bell restaurants in mainland Great Britain (the “50% off Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito” offer). The offer is only redeemable via the Taco Bell mobile app for in-store or drive-thru pickup. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Not available via a delivery order.
Eligibility
2 The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain, age 16 or above, visiting a participating Taco Bell restaurant in mainland Great Britain during the redemption period specified below. Must register as a new user on the Taco Bell mobile app to participate.
3 For your nearest Taco Bell restaurant, please see https://www.tacobelluk.co.uk/find-us. Please note that there are no Taco Bell restaurants currently open in Northern Ireland.
The Offer
4 If the Promotion is triggered in accordance with these Terms, then the redemption period will begin on 10:00 AM Tuesday, 7 January 2025 and close at 23:59 AM on Monday, 13 January 2025 (the “Offer Redemption Period”).
5 To redeem the Promotion, eligible residents of Great Britain must visit a participating Taco Bell restaurant in the United Kingdom during the Offer Redemption Period and redeem the Promotion using the Taco Bell Loyalty App. Consumers must register as a user on the Taco Bell Loyalty App and be logged into your account when placing the order to redeem, subject to these Terms and while stocks last.
6 The Promotion includes a Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito For additional product or ingredient substitutions, updates or add-ons, offer would be subject to additional cost.
7 Volcano Burritos and 7-Layer Burritos are subject to availability.
8 There will be a maximum of one (1) 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito per person within the Offer Redemption Period.
9 No more than one (1) 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito may be claimed per person (and each 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito must be claimed in person by the registered individual entitled to that 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito Offer). Participating Taco Bell restaurant reserves the right to deny a 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito to any person they reasonably believe to have already received one through the 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito Offer or to otherwise be engaged in any other suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity.
10 No refunds will be granted in connection with any Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito (or any other products) previously purchased in participating Taco Bell restaurants (whether or not during the Offer Redemption Period). To redeem the Promotion, please scan your loyalty app at the till before payment.
General
11 No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion, if triggered in accordance with these Terms.
12 The 50% off Volcano Burrito or 50% off 7-Layer Burrito offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount vouchers.
13 There is no cash value or other alternate substitution to the Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito.
14 Taco Bell reserves the right (and is not obliged) to substitute the Volcano Burrito or 7-Layer Burrito for a similar or alternative free product of equivalent or greater value.
15 Taco Bell restaurant managers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16 Taco Bell reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary, or cancel the Promotion, to change the Offer Redemption Period for any or all participating Taco Bell restaurants and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
17 Taco Bell reserves the right to forfeit the Promotion for an individual consumer where it reasonably suspects that a consumer is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms.
18 If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
19 The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.
