Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Cravings Lunch Deal” promotion (the “Promotion”). These Terms will govern your participation in the Promotion.
The promoter is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited of Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7NJ (“we”, “us” or “our” or “Taco Bell”).

The Promotion
1 From 27 August 2024 until 28 October 2024, Taco Bell® will make available up to one (1) order of Cravings Lunch Deal for £3.99 in store purchase and at a discounted price of £3.49 to each eligible resident of Great Britain who has registered as a new user or is a current user on the Taco Bell mobile app, at participating Taco Bell restaurants in mainland Great Britain (the ” Cravings Lunch Deal” or “Offer”). Offer includes one Cravings Burrito, one regular Seasoned Fries, and one regular drink. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Not available via a delivery order. The Offer is only redeemable once daily between 11:00 AM and 14:59 PM.
Eligibility
2 The Offer is open to all residents of Great Britain, age 16 or above, visiting a participating Taco Bell restaurant in mainland Great Britain during the redemption period specified below.
3 For your nearest Taco Bell restaurant, please see https://www.tacobelluk.co.uk/find-us. Please note that there are no Taco Bell restaurants currently open in Northern Ireland.
The Offer
4 If the Offer is triggered in accordance with these Terms, then the redemption period will begin on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 and close on Monday, 28 October 2024 between 11:00 AM and 14:59 PM (the “Offer Redemption Period”).
5 To redeem the Offer, eligible residents of Great Britain must visit a participating Taco Bell restaurant in the United Kingdom during the Offer Redemption Period and redeem the Cravings Lunch Deal. Registered users of the Taco Bell Loyalty App must be logged in to their account and redeem the Cravings Lunch Deal using the Taco Bell Loyalty App in order to receive the discounted price of £3.49, subject to these Terms and while stocks last.
6 The Offer includes an order of one Cravings Burrito, one regular Seasoned Fries, and one regular drink. For additional product or ingredient substitutions, updates or add-ons, the Offer would be subject to additional cost.
7 Cravings Lunch Deals are subject to availability.
8 There will be a maximum of one (1) order of Cravings Lunch Deal per day within the Offer Redemption Period.
9 No more than one (1) order of Cravings Lunch Deal may be claimed per person per day (and each order of Cravings Lunch Deal must be claimed in person by the registered individual entitled to that Offer). Participating Taco Bell restaurants reserves the right to deny an order of Cravings Lunch Deal to any person they reasonably believe to have already received one through the free Offer or to otherwise be engaged in any other suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity.
10 For all customers ordering in store, please order at the till or kiosk to redeem the Offer. For registered users of the Taco Bell UK mobile app, please scan your loyalty app at the till or kiosk before payment.
General
11 The Offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount vouchers.
12 There is no cash value or other alternate substitution to the Offer.
13 Taco Bell reserves the right (and is not obliged) to substitute the Offer for a similar or alternative free product of equivalent or greater value.
14 Taco Bell restaurant managers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 Taco Bell reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary, or cancel the Promotion (including the Offer), to change the Offer Redemption Period for any or all participating Taco Bell restaurants and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
16 Taco Bell reserves the right to forfeit the Offer for an individual consumer where it reasonably suspects that a consumer is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms.
17 If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
18 The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.
