Taco Bell strives to ensure that the information contained in this Site is accurate and reliable. However, Taco Bell and the World Wide Web (or Web Site Host) are not infallible and errors may sometimes occur. You should take appropriate steps to verify all information on this Site before acting upon it. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute. This Site is intended for use only by persons who access it from within the UK & Ireland. Goods advertised, displayed or provided on this Site are available only to residents of (or companies incorporated in) the UK & Ireland. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Taco Bell's Loyalty Program (the "Loyalty Program"). These Terms will govern your participation in the Loyalty Program from the date you register for an account and throughout your membership ("Membership"), including your collection and redemption of any points and your use of any rewards.
TACO BELL LOYALTY PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To participate in the Loyalty Program, you will also need to download the Taco Bell mobile app ("App"). The end user licence agreement governing use of the App is available at [INSERT LINK/SIGNPOST].
The promoter is TB International Holdings II Sarl, trading as TACO BELL, of 46A, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ("we", "us" or "our" or "Taco Bell").

The Loyalty Program
Taco Bell offers the Loyalty Program to its customers, through which customers can earn and redeem points ("Points") and exchange Points for rewards ("Rewards") at participating Taco Bell® restaurants in /the United Kingdom, in accordance with these Terms.
For your nearest Taco Bell® restaurant, please see https://www.tacobelluk.co.uk/find-us. Please note that there are no Taco Bell® restaurants currently open in Northern Ireland.
Eligibility and your account
The Loyalty Program is open to all United Kingdom residents, aged 13 or above, who [download our App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store and] create an account. You will need to have a compatible smartphone to download the App and participate in the Loyalty Program.] Only individual consumers are eligible for Membership and each individual can only register for one account/Membership.
To create an account you are required to provide your contact information, including a valid email address, . Only one account can be registered per email address.
Taco Bell reserves the right to verify your eligibility to participate in the Loyalty Program and to create an account.
The Loyalty Program is not open to agents and employees of Taco Bell and its group companies, the families of such agents and employees, or anyone professionally connected with the Loyalty Program or its administration.
You are responsible for the security of and activity conducted through your account/Membership. Please keep your account details secure. You should treat Points like cash – if someone else accesses your Membership, then you may lose Points earned in the same way as if cash was stolen from you.
The App is free to download. However, you will be responsible for any connection or data charges arising from your download, installation or use of the App.
Your account (including your current Points balance) will only update within the App at times when you have a current wi-fi or mobile connection (and have mobile data turned on).
Following creation of your account, you can start collecting Points.
To earn Points you must:
(a) visit a participating Taco Bell® restaurant in mainland Great Britain;
(b) spend at least £1 in a single transaction for food and drink purchases; and
(c) present the QR Code within the App] [for scanning] at the point of service at the till, before payment.
Points cannot be awarded retrospectively.
You can earn Points as follows:
Loyalty Program tier Number of Points in your account Points earned
Mild 0-999 Points 10 Points for every complete £1 spent
Hot 1000-1499 Points 10 Points for every complete £1 spent
Fire 1500+ Points 15 Points for every complete £1 spent once you become eligible for this tier
No Points will be awarded for any part of the purchase price which is not a complete £1 (so, for example, if you spend £5.49, you will receive 50 points if you are in the Mild or Hot Tiers; you will not receive any additional points for the £0.49 balance of the purchase price).
Points will usually appear in your account within 24 hours].
Any unused or unredeemed Points will expire and your Loyalty Program tier will reset to the lowest tier if your account is inactive for a period of twelve months or more (i.e. if you have not collected or redeemed any Points for a period of twelve months or more).
Points are personal to your Loyalty Program account/Membership and cannot be pooled with the Points earned by another person and/or redeemed together.
You can check your Points balance on your account by signing in on the App. If you decide to check your balance, you will be responsible for all connection and/or data charges you incur in doing so. Please note also that we will not be responsible for any communication failure arising from events outside of our control which, for example (but without limitation), results in you being unable to check your Points balance or your Points balance not updating or being slow to update. You can also confirm your Points balance at any time by contacting Taco Bell customer services (visit customers.tacobell.co.uk to contact us) insert details e.g. by contacting the customer service centre with your account details.
Taco Bell reserves the right to correct or amend your Points balance in your account if it believes that an error has occurred. If you wish to query such correction or amendment to your Points balance, please contact us at
If you refer another eligible person to the Loyalty Program and they create an account at a participating Taco Bell® restaurant in mainland Great Britain], then you will be awarded 50 Points (Referral Scheme).
Taco Bell reserves the right to reject any referral which it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been made via agents, third parties, organised groups or any automated or duplication method.
Taco Bell reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend the Referral Scheme at any time in its absolute discretion.
To redeem a Reward you must:
(a) visit a participating Taco Bell® restaurant in mainland Great Britain;
(b) present your QR Code from the App / account at the till for scanning; and
(c) inform the cashier you would like to redeem a Reward using your Points, including the particular Reward you would like,
at the point of service at the till.
Points cannot be redeemed retrospectively against any item(s) which you have already purchased.
You may use your Points to claim Rewards as follows:
Points required Reward
200 1 x Side, Dessert or Drink
300 1 x Cravers item
500 £6 Off any purchase
1000 Exclusive Offers
For the purpose of these Terms:
(a) Side, Dessert, Drink and Cravers means any dish identified as such on the Taco Bell® restaurant menu in the UK ("Menu Item Rewards");
(b) £6 Off: means a £6 discount on any single purchase("Restaurant Discount Reward"); and
(c) Exclusive Offers means monthly offers and experiences that we may promote to Hot and Fire Tier customers from time to time and which can [be viewed using the App or accessed on our website]. Each Exclusive Offer will have an expiry date, its own supplemental terms ("Exclusive Offer Terms") and may only be redeemed once.
You must have sufficient Points available (and use only Points) to redeem the relevant Reward. You cannot make a part payment using Points or 'top up' a redemption with cash.
There is no cash back and no change or Points will be given back to you if you redeem the £6 Off Reward and the value of your purchase is less than £6.
You must have the number of Points required for a Reward in your account [as shown in the App] at the time of redemption. You cannot redeem Points which have not yet been credited to your account.
You will not earn Points on items on the Taco Bell® restaurant menu in the UK which you claim as part of a redemption of Points.
Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers. No refunds will be granted for the Rewards.
You will be able to redeem Rewards for up to 12 months from the date of last activity on your account. After 12 months of inactivity on your account, your Points will be forfeited and you will not be able to redeem Rewards using those Points. Forfeited Points cannot be reinstated. To reactivate your account at any point (with a nil Points balance), please contact us as
Menu Item Rewards subject to availability at participating Taco Bell® restaurant. Exclusive Offers subject to acceptance of the Exclusive Offer Terms prior to redemption.
Taco Bell reserves the right to change the Rewards from time to time in its absolute discretion. Taco Bell also reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute any Reward for a similar or alternative free product or offer of equivalent or greater value.
Termination of your Membership
If at any time you wish to terminate your Membership and withdraw from the Loyalty Program, you can make a request in writing to [C/O Technology, Taco Bell, Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, GU22 7NJ ]. Alternatively, you can simply cease using your Membership and delete the App.
We reserve the right to limit or terminate your Membership (including without limitation by terminating the collection of Points and/or redemption of Rewards) and/or take any other action it considers appropriate if we reasonably suspect that you are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program under these Terms, there is misconduct, fraudulent, unauthorised or inappropriate use of your account (including without limitation tampering with or duplicating Points), you have provided us with false or misleading information or you have otherwise not complied with these Terms.
If you terminate your Membership by writing to us or if we terminate your Membership, then we will forfeit all of your unused Points at the date of termination.
Changes to your details
If you want to change any of the details you provided to us when you registered for your account/Membership, then please update your details through the App.
Our liability to you
We are under a legal duty to provide a Loyalty Program that conforms with the description on the App and in these Terms. We will provide the Loyalty Program with reasonable skill and care.
Availability: We aim to ensure that the App and the Loyalty Program are available but, of course, due to the nature of mobile and online services, we cannot guarantee this at any time.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with our obligations to you under these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into a contract on the basis of these Terms.
We are not liable for business losses. You agree not to use the Loyalty Program or any features on the App, for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We are not liable for matters outside of our control. Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law, Taco Bell accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) accounts which are created using incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications, line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Loyalty Program; (c) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; (d) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Loyalty Program or to download any materials in connection with the Loyalty Program; or (e) any matter outside of its reasonable control.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We therefore do not in any way exclude or limit our liability under or in connection with any contract with you based on these Terms for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Personal information: Any personal information provided in connection with the Loyalty Program will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice posted at https://www.tacobell.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Variation and termination: Taco Bell reserves the right to vary or cancel the Loyalty Program and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so. Any amendments to the Terms will be effective upon the posting of the revised Terms to https://www.tacobell.co.uk and you will be deemed to have accepted those revised Terms. Please check the website on a regular basis.
Points and Rewards:
(a) can only be earned, retained or redeemed as set out in these Terms;
(b) cannot be used as any form of credit, debit, proof of age or identity, or for any other purpose;
(c) have no redeemable cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives;
(d) cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged (to other Loyalty Program members or accounts or otherwise) or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms or otherwise in writing by Taco Bell; and
(e) are personal to the account to which they are registered.
Assignment: We may transfer the benefit of the agreement with you under these Terms to any other company in the same group of companies. This will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your Membership or your rights to any third parties under these Terms without our agreement in writing.
Decisions of Taco Bell: Any decision of Taco Bell is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Conflicts: If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Loyalty Program, these Terms will take precedence.
Which laws apply and where you and we may bring proceedings: The Loyalty Program and these Terms including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts (save that consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts).
If a court finds part of these Terms illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the sections of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. If you breach these Terms and we choose to ignore your breach, or if we delay in taking steps against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms again.
Reliance on these Terms. We intend to rely on these written Terms and any document expressly referred to in them. We and you will be legally bound by these Terms.
Getting advice about your consumer rights. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not provided with reasonable skill and care or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
