Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Free Crunchy Taco” promotion (the “Promotion”). These Terms will govern your participation in the Promotion.
The promoter is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited of Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7NJ (“we”, “us” or “our” or “Taco Bell”).

The Promotion
1 Taco Bell® will make available up to one (1) order of Crunchy Taco at Taco Bell UK restaurants between 15:00 – 16:00 (the “Free Crunchy Taco” or “Offer”) on Tuesday, 7th October 2025 (the “Redemption Period”). The Offer is only redeemable via in-store restaurant counter purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Not available for purchases made for delivery, through the Taco Bell UK app or at any kiosk .
Eligibility
2 The Offer is open to all residents of Great Britain, age 16 or above, visiting Taco Bell restaurants during the Redemption Period.
3 One (1) Free Crunchy Taco per customer will be made available, up to one hundred (100) Crunchy Tacos per Redemption Period.
The Offer
4 To redeem the Offer, eligible residents of Great Britain must visit Taco Bell UK restaurants during the Offer Redemption Period and redeem the Free Crunchy Taco at the restaurant counter.
5 The Offer includes one (1) free Crunchy Taco. For additional product or ingredient substitutions, updates or add-ons, the Offer will be subject to additional cost.
6 The Offer is subject to availability.
7 There will be a maximum of one (1) redemption of the Offer per customer.
8 There will be a maximum of one hundred (100) redemptions per Offer
9 No more than one (1) order of Free Crunchy Taco may be claimed per person (and each order of Crunchy Taco must be claimed in person by the individual entitled to that Offer). Taco Bell restaurants reserve the right to deny the Offer to any person they reasonably believe to have already received the Offer or if otherwise engaged in any other suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity.
10 No refunds will be granted in connection with the Offer.
General
11 No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion or the Offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms.
12 The Offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount vouchers.
13 There is no cash value or other alternate substitution to the Offer.
14 Taco Bell reserves the right (and is not obliged) to substitute the Offer for a similar or alternative free product of equivalent or greater value.
15 Taco Bell restaurant managers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the Offer.
16 Taco Bell reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary, or cancel the Promotion (including the Offer), to change the Offer Redemption Period for any or all participating Taco Bell restaurants and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
17 Taco Bell reserves the right to forfeit the Offer for an individual consumer where it reasonably suspects that a consumer is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms.
18 If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
19 The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms
