Please read these terms and conditions carefully These terms and conditions (“Terms“) apply to the “Free Crunchy Taco – Student Events” promotion (the “Promotion“). These Terms will govern your participation in the Promotion.
The promoter is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited of Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7NJ (“we”, “us” or “our” or “Taco Bell“).

- The Promotion
- From 10 September 2024, until 22 September 2024, Taco Bell® will make available up to one (1) Crunchy Taco to each eligible resident of Great Britain who has downloaded the Taco Bell mobile app, at participating Taco Bell restaurants in mainland Great Britain (the “Free Crunchy Taco” or “Offer”). The Offer includes one (1) Free Crunchy Taco when presenting a valid coupon. The Offer is only redeemable when ordering at the counter and is not valid for redemption via the app, collection, delivery or kiosk orders.
Eligibility
- The Offer is open to all residents of Great Britain, age 18 or above, visiting a participating Taco Bell restaurant in mainland Great Britain during the redemption period specified below. Must download the Taco Bell mobile app to participate.
- For your nearest Taco Bell restaurant, please see https://www.tacobelluk.co.uk/find-us. Please note that there are no Taco Bell restaurants currently open in Northern Ireland.
The Offer
- If the Offer is triggered in accordance with these Terms, then the redemption period will begin on 10:30 PM Thursday, 10 October 2024 and close at 04:00 AM on Friday, 18 October 2024 (the “Offer Redemption Period“).
- To redeem the Offer, eligible residents of Great Britain must visit a participating Taco Bell restaurant in the United Kingdom during the Offer Redemption Period and redeem the Free Crunchy Taco using a valid coupon. Consumers must download the Taco Bell UK mobile app in order to receive a coupon to redeem, subject to these Terms and while stocks last.
- The Offer includes one free Crunchy Taco. For additional product or ingredient substitutions, updates or add-ons, the Offer would be subject to additional cost.
- Crunchy Tacos are subject to availability.
- There will be a maximum of one (1) Crunchy Taco within the Offer Redemption Period.
- No more than one (1) Crunchy Taco may be claimed per person (and each Crunchy Taco must be claimed in person by the individual entitled to that Offer). Participating Taco Bell restaurants reserves the right to deny an order of a Free Crunchy Taco to any person they reasonably believe to be engaged in suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity.
- To redeem the Offer, please present a valid coupon at counter ahead of payment.
- General
- The Offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount vouchers.
- There is no cash value or other alternate substitution to the Offer.
- Taco Bell reserves the right (and is not obliged) to substitute the Offer for a similar or alternative free product of equivalent or greater value.
- Taco Bell restaurant managers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Taco Bell reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary, or cancel the Promotion (including the Offer), to change the Offer Redemption Period for any or all participating Taco Bell restaurants and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
- Taco Bell reserves the right to forfeit the Offer for an individual consumer where it reasonably suspects that a consumer is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms.
- If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
- The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.
