Do my points expire?
Your Taco Bell account balance will reset every year, based on the day you create your account. We will send you an email a few days before your account balance will reset. And don’t forget to check the app regularly to make sure you don’t miss out.
Where can I earn points?
You can earn points for every dine-in, take away, click-and-collect or drive thru order. Delivery orders are not eligible for points and rewards.
Something is wrong with an order I placed via the app, where do I get help?
If you’ve placed an order to collect in a restaurant, speak to a member of the team. If you’ve placed an order for delivery, reach out to Deliveroo, UberEats or Just Eat.
How do I place an order in the Taco Bell app?
When you have the Taco Bell app open, tap the order button at the bottom of the screen. There you can choose to order for collection at a nearby restaurant or order for delivery with either Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat (where available).
How do I get free food using the Taco Bell app?
Download the Taco Bell app and create an account. Then, earn points every time you order. After you’ve earned 200 points you’ll unlock your first reward. Or, save your points to unlock more rewards at 300 points and 500 points. We’ll even give you a free Crunchy Taco just for signing-up!
