By redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions“). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to redeem the Promotion, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. 

1. The promoter of this Promotion is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited (company number: 00928917) whose address is at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ 
2. The Promotion is available from 10:00AM (UK time) on 24^th April 2025 until 11:59PM (UK time) on 25^th April 2025.
3. The Promotion will be administered on the Taco Bell app at all participating Taco Bell restaurants in the UK. Participants may make an unlimited amount of purchases against the Promotion. All purchases are subject to availability.  
4. To take advantage of the Promotion, participants must purchase any Taco Bell item/s and scan their Taco Bell app at the kiosk or till, and they will receive double points on their order.  
5. The Promotion is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Promotion may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers and there is no cash or other alternative offers to the Promotion in whole or in part.  
6. The Promotion cannot be used against any product purchased prior to the commencement date of the Promotion and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying purchase has been made.  
7. During the course of the Promotion, Taco Bell may collect and process participants’ personal information (such as names, email addresses). This information will be shared with Taco Bell’s agents and affiliates (including those outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area), such as where it is necessary in order to conduct the Promotion. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when redeeming the Promotion, they may not take part in the Promotion. Taco Bell may also use participant’s personal data to send newsletters or other promotional or marketing communications where the participant has separately opted to receive such communications (participants may opt out of receiving these communications at any time). 8. Taco Bell reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Taco Bell that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, or normal course of the Promotion. Neither Taco Bell nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.  
9. Save where it has been negligent, Taco Bell will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participant redeeming the Promotion, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Taco Bell’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
10. Any participant who redeems or attempts to redeem the Promotion in a manner, which in Taco Bell’s reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion) may not be permitted to redeem the Promotion at Taco Bell’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, Taco Bell may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions. 
11. All Taco Bell’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and Taco Bell will not enter into any correspondence with participants.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions
