Please read these terms and conditions carefully These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Free Cinnamon Twists when you complete the Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey” promotion (the “Promotion”). These Terms will govern your participation in the Promotion.

The Promotion
From 1 December 2024, until 6 January 2025, Taco Bell® will make available up to one (1) order of Cinnamon Twists to each customer who completes the Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey, at participating Taco Bell restaurants in mainland Great Britain. The Offer includes one (1) Free Cinnamon Twists when you show a screenshot of the completed Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey instore. The Offer is only redeemable via in-store or drive-thru. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Not available on delivery order.
Eligibility
- The Offer is open to all residents of Great Britain, age 16 or above, visiting a participating Taco Bell restaurant in mainland Great Britain during the redemption period specified below. Must complete the Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey to participate.
- For your nearest Taco Bell restaurant, please see https://www.tacobelluk.co.uk/find-us. Please note that there are no Taco Bell restaurants currently open in Northern Ireland.
The Offer
- If the Offer is triggered in accordance with these Terms, then the redemption period will begin on 1 December 2024 and close on 6 January 2025 (the “Offer Redemption Period”).
- To redeem the Offer, eligible residents of Great Britain must visit a participating Taco Bell restaurant in the United Kingdom during the Offer Redemption Period and redeem the Free Cinnamon Twists. Consumers must complete the Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey linked in the QR code and show a screenshot of the completed Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey when placing the order to redeem, subject to these Terms and while stocks last.
- The Offer includes one free order of a Cinnamon Twists. For additional product or ingredient substitutions, updates or add-ons, the Offer would be subject to additional cost.
- Cinnamon Twists are subject to availability.
- There will be a maximum of one (1) order of a Cinnamon Twists within the Offer Redemption Period.
- No more than one (1) order of a Cinnamon Twists may be claimed per person (and each order of Cinnamon Twists must be claimed in person by the registered individual entitled to that Offer). Participating Taco Bell restaurants reserves the right to deny an order of a Free Cinnamon Twists to any person they reasonably believe to have already received one through the free Offer or to otherwise be engaged in any other suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity.
- To redeem the Offer, please show a screenshot of the completed Taco Bell Fire Sauce survey at the till before payment.
General
- The Offer, if triggered in accordance with these Terms, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount vouchers.
- There is no cash value or other alternate substitution to the Offer.
- Taco Bell reserves the right (and is not obliged) to substitute the Offer for a similar or alternative free product of equivalent or greater value.
- Taco Bell restaurant managers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Taco Bell reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary, or cancel the Promotion (including the Offer), to change the Offer Redemption Period for any or all participating Taco Bell restaurants and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
- Taco Bell reserves the right to forfeit the Offer for an individual consumer where it reasonably suspects that a consumer is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms.
- If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
- The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.
