By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions“). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

1. The promoter of this Promotion is Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited (Registered number: 98-0636609) whose address is at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ (“Taco Bell”).
2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally resident within the United Kingdom. Employees and agents of Taco Bell or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and their immediate families and members of their households and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Promotion are not eligible to take part. Taco Bell reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible. If a winner is found to be ineligible, Taco Bell reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
3. The Promotion commences at 11:00 a.m. UK time on April 14, 2025 and all entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. UK time on the closing date of April 14, 2025.
4. The Promotion will be administered at Taco Bell, Camden, London located at 122 Camden High St, London, NW1 7PG (the “Location“). Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void.  Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants may make a maximum of one (1) entry into the Promotion. Any entries in addition to this may be disqualified.
5. Entry to the Promotion is free; no purchase is necessary. To enter the Promotion, participants must first have their current length of hair measured and subsequently receive a ‘Nacho Chop’ haircut from the Taco Bell barber. Entrants must also complete the sign-up form, confirming the length of the hair being cut as well as full name and email address relating to the participants Taco Bell app account at the time of entering. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted: only those submitted via the official method of entry.
6. The prize to be won is 1 portion of 5 Chicken Nachos with Nacho Cheese Sauce, once per day, during the prize period. The prize period will be determined by the entrant’s current length of hair. Entrants who currently have <2cm hair, will receive 3 months of free Chicken Nachos. Entrants who currently have between >2cm-10cm hair, will receive 6 months of free Chicken Nachos. Entrants who currently have between >10cm-20cm hair, will receive 9 months of free Chicken Nachos. Entrants who currently have >20cm+ hair, will receive 12 months of free Chicken Nachos. Winner’s must use the Taco Bell UK mobile app to scan their valid QR code in-store to redeem the offer.  One redemption per user per day. No substitutions. Cannot be combined with any other offer.  Subject to availability. Not available on delivery. No more than one (1) order of 5 Chicken Nachos may be claimed per person per day. Each order of 5 Chicken Nachos must be claimed in person by the registered individual entitled to the Prize. Participating Taco Bell restaurants reserves the right to deny an order of 5 Chicken Nachos to any person they reasonably believe to have already received one through the free Prize or to otherwise be engaged in any other suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent activity. A winner is responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions. A winner is also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the prize. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that neither Taco Bell nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize. 7. The winners of the Promotion will be selected on April 14, 2025 from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the end of the applicable closing date.
8. The winners will be verbally notified on the day of the ‘Nacho Chop’ event on April 14, 2025. Winners must complete a consent form at the time of participation providing a name and email address linked to their Taco Bell app registered account. A member of the Competition staff will record the length of hair being cut in order to deem the prize amount. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. The prizes will be loaded onto the winner’s Taco Bell account at a rate of one portion of 5 Chicken Nachos per day for the length of the prize period. The prize will expire at the end of each day and automatically renew on winner’s account at the start of the next day, until the end of the prize redemption period. If the winner does not complete a consent form at the time of participation in the Nacho Chop event on April 14, 2025, Taco Bell reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award their prize to another participant. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the notification of winning, Taco Bell also reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award their prize to another participant.
9. In the event that, for reasons beyond Taco Bell’s reasonable control and not related to the winners, Taco Bell is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Taco Bell reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in there being more winners than prizes for the Promotion, Taco Bell reserves the right at any time to allocate the available prize through a further draw or to divide the prize or the value of the prize between the winners of the Promotion.
10. Taco Bell must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award for the Promotion took place. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to have their first name and county featured in publicity materials relating to the Promotion without further reference, payment or other compensation. This includes making their name and county available on Taco Bell’s website / on Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / TikTok. Such details will also be made available to participants and the public on request by sending a letter and stamped addressed envelope to Taco Bell at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7NJ no later than May 14, 2025. If a participant objects to any or all of his or her name and county being published or made available in this way, please contact Taco Bell on 07548 955166 upon entry to the Promotion. In such circumstances, Taco Bell must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
11. Although the Promotion may be featured on or administered via Instagram, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and you agree that Instagram is not liable in any way. You are providing information to Taco Bell and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes referred to in paragraph 13 below. By entering the Promotion, participants will also be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the Instagram Terms, Instagram Privacy Policy and Instagram API Terms and Taco Bell reserves the right to disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of such policies and terms.
12. During the course of the Promotion, Taco Bell will collect and process participants’ personal information (such as names, addresses, email addresses). This information will be shared with Taco Bell’s agents and affiliates (including those outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area), such as where it is necessary in order to conduct the Promotion including for the prizes to be delivered to the winners. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when entering the Promotion, they may not take part in the Promotion. Taco Bell may also use participant’s personal data to send newsletters or other promotional or marketing communications where the participant has separately opted to receive such communications (participants may opt out of receiving these communications at any time). 13. Taco Bell reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Taco Bell that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion. Neither Taco Bell nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by Taco Bell to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winners.
14. Save where it has been negligent, Taco Bell will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants’ entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Promotion. Taco Bell will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by Taco Bell of any entries. Proof of posting, transmission or handing in is not proof of receipt by Taco Bell of any entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Taco Bell’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
15. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in Taco Bell’s  reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Taco Bell and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at Taco Bell’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, Taco Bell may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.
16. All Taco Bell’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and Taco Bell will not enter into any correspondence with participants.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
